2026 Stateline Splendor Bridal Expo
Join us for the ultimate wedding planning experience and the largest Bridal Show in the area. The Stateline Splendor Bridal Expo is fast approaching, and we are excited to welcome both returning and new vendors! The Stateline Splendor Bridal Expo provides the newest trends in the wedding industry, and we are inviting you to get the word out about your business and help brides and grooms plan their dream wedding.
The Stateline Splendor Bridal Expo will take place on Friday, April 17th, 2026, from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock Casino, 7801 E. State Street, Rockford, Illinois. Hard Rock Casino provides the perfect place for our brides and their guests to plan their big day in one location. Hard Rock Casino is graciously opening its doors to vendors providing all types of services. Load-in times will be available on Thursday, both day and evening, and will be handled by Jessica LeParte at the Hard Rock.
Hard Rock Casino offers many restaurants or just a place to grab coffee, which will all be available the day of the show to vendors and all brides. Parking and load-in information, along with other information, will be available on Stateline Splendor Bridal Expo’s website, www.statelinesplendor815@
A booth at Stateline Splendor is a chance to increase your bottom line, exhibit your services, and present your company while you generate leads and meet more brides in one day than in a whole year. As a bonus, each vendor will receive a contact database of attending brides within two weeks of the expo via email.
Show booths will have different price points and will be on a first-come, first serve. No booth is guaranteed until payment is received in full. You can reserve your space for a $100 deposit by credit/debit card, check, or Cash App. Balance due in full by April 3, 2026. We will be advertising the event on the radio, TV, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites. All deposits are non-refundable.
